Terms and Conditions
A total of six vehicles, consisting of Cadillac, Saab, Vauxhall and Chevrolet models, can be purchased within any 12 month period, by an employee/pensioner and their nominated relatives.
Vehicles purchased on the Partners Programme must be kept for a minimum of 6 months. GM's Audit Department carries out random checks and may request to see the vehicle's V5 logbook at any time during the minimum 6 months' ownership period.

‘Common Law’ spouses or same-sex partners are also eligible. To satisfy the Company that a genuine partnership is involved, a copy of either a utility bill or credit card statement, bearing the same address as the employee, must be provided. This copy must be held in the vehicle registration file for audit purposes. Only one partner can be registered per employee.

Partners includes all employees and pensioners of nominated companies and their nominated eligible relatives.
Partners discounts are calculated on the RRP excluding VAT and also apply to delivery and any options ordered with the vehicle. Prices are subject to change. Partners prices include Partners discount savings, customer savings (incl. VAT) where applicable, number plates, delivery, Vehicle Excise Duty and a first registration fee. Excludes fuel and insurance. Some vehicles shown may feature factory-fitted options and accessories such as metallic paint and alloy wheels, which are available at extra cost.
We reserve the right to change or withdraw any aspect of the Partners Programme without prior notice.
Vauxhall Partners Swappage Scheme
The Vauxhall Partners Swappage Scheme applies to customers trading in a qualifying car or commercial vehicle (up to 3.5 tonnes) against the purchase of selected new Vauxhall models when ordered or registered between 05.02.10 and 31.03.10. At the date of the new vehicle order, the vehicle traded in must be 7 years old or older from date of first registration in the UK. To qualify for the scheme, the owner of the trade vehicle (or their spouse/partner living at the same UK address) must be named as the registered keeper and resident at the UK address shown on the Vehicle Registration Document (V5C) and have owned the vehicle for a minimum of 90 days. The new vehicle must be registered at the same address. The vehicle must have a valid MOT and road tax (or that has expired no earlier than 14 days prior to the new vehicle order date) and be insured at the date of the new vehicle order. The Vauxhall Partners Swappage Scheme cannot be used in conjunction with the Government Scrappage Scheme, or with any other offer. All Vauxhall Partners Swappage discounts are inclusive of VAT. Offers available to private customers, Vauxhall Partners and small businesses 1-24 (purchase only), on selected Retailer stocks at participating Retailers only.
Extra Customer Saving Offer
The Extra Customer Saving offer is only available to Vauxhall Partners customers on eligible new models ordered from 12 February 2010 and registered by 31 March 2010. Savings shown are inclusive of VAT . The offer can be used with the applicable Vauxhall Partners discount and all other eligible offers, including Loyalty Allowances (where applicable) and the £2000 Government Scrappage Allowance, but cannot be used in conjunction with the Vauxhall Swappage programme.
Government Scrappage Scheme
£2000 Government Scrappage Allowance towards a new car is offered on condition that the traded-in car must have been registered on or before 29 February 2000 (V registration) or the traded-in van must have been registered on or before 28 February 2002 (Y registration or earlier, or new style number plates where the 3rd and 4th digits of the registration number are 51) and have been registered in your name for at least one year and the registration document must be in your name and address. A valid MOT, current road tax and insurance for legal driving on the road is required at the point of order. Offers apply to selected new vehicles ordered between 18.05.09 and 31.03.10,and are subject to terms and conditions and whilst Government funding applies. Offers available at participating retailers only. UK supplied vehicles only. Excludes Isle of Man and Channel Islands.
Passenger Cars 0% Finance
0% Finance cannot be used in conjunction with Finance Deposit Allowance, PCP or Trade-in Allowances. Offer applies to private individuals only. All other customers are excluded. Available at participating Retailers only.

Free Servicing
4 years scheduled servicing free for up to a total mileage limit of 80,000 miles. Offer includes routine service parts and labour, but excludes wear and tear items and other maintenance items not covered under the routine service schedule. Ask Retailer for details. Offer may be used in conjunction with 4 Years 0% Finance, 4 Years Warranty and 4 Years Breakdown Assistance only.

4 Years Warranty
4 Years Warranty up to 80,000 miles for Corsavan, Astravan and Combo and 120,000 miles for Vivaro and Movano. The warranty will expire when the vehicle has reached either 4 years or when the mileage limit has been exceeded, whichever occurs first. This offer includes Vauxhall’s standard Customer Care Commitment of a one-year unlimited mileage manufacturer’s warranty and a second and third year no-fee customer option warranty. Please note, the additional 1 year/20.000 miles warranty on Vivaro/Movano vehicles applies to the base vehicle only. The warranty excludes wear and tear and serviceable items, and the vehicle has to be serviced in accordance with the manufacturer’s servicing schedule. Offer may be used in conjunction with 4 Years 0% Finance, 4 Years Free Servicing and 4 Years Breakdown Assistance only.

4 Years Roadside Assistance
4 Years Breakdown Assistance provided by the AA including Roadside Assistance, Home Start, Relay, Relay Plus and European Assistance. Free Redundancy Cover
The free involuntary redundancy cover is optional and is offered to customers who take out a finance agreement with GMAC from a participating FSA authorised Retailer. The cover, which is subject to eligibility, is for the first 24 months of the finance agreement (excluding the first 90 days, and is up to a maximum of 12 monthly payments). Terms and conditions apply (see Retailer for further details of cover). The insurance is provided by Finance Insurance Company Limited. Other providers of redundancy cover are available. Calculating the ‘Your Price’ figure
‘Your Price’ is calculated from the on-the-road (OTR) price – excluding the £55 New Vehicle First Registration Fee, Vehicle Excise Duty (VED) and VAT – using the discount percentage stated.
Example 1: a car costing £15,000 (OTR) with Vehicle Excise Duty of £175, with 12% Partner's discount and £500 Customer Saving (all figures rounded):

The GM Card Terms and Conditions
The GM Card is issued by HFC Bank Limited. Rebate Points are earned on purchases using The GM Card. You earn money off a new Vauxhall by accumulating Rebate Points under the Rebate Points Programme. Rebate Points are not earned on Balance Transfers or Cash Advances. You can redeem up to 1500 Rebate Points and unlimited Partner Points subject to The Model Line Maximum which will vary in amount in relation to different Vauxhall vehicles. Rebate Points and unlimited GM Card Partner Points are redeemable as discounts on new Vauxhall vehicles and must be redeemed within four years of your account opening.Rebate Points may not be redeemed by Motability Contract Hire customers.
